It's been over a year since Jessica Mason and James Douglas first met and sparks flew, but now Jessica and James are struggling to make their long-distance relationship work between New Orleans where Jessica dances with the local ballet company and Snow Valley, Montana where James is the new pastor at the small community church.

When April Murphy, a war widow with a young daughter, shows up in Snow Valley, James reluctantly begins to wonder if he and Jessica are really meant to be. April would make the perfect pastor’s wife and he’d have an instant family and the stability he craves.

But he can’t get the spitfire Jessica out of his mind and when she returns to Snow Valley to accept an inheritance, her male ballet partner in tow, their love takes on a new edge.

Can Jessica and James figure out how to create a family while living in two different states—or do they allow their hearts to move on and forget the passion they once shared?

A Contemporary Romance set in small town Snow Valley, Montana where life and love converge.

This is my first experience with award winning Kimberley Montpetit and I can see why she won those awards. I was amazed at how she kept me guessing until the very end as to whether or not Jessica would choose James or Alonzo. At the same time I wondered if James would choose Jessica or April. It wasn’t until the last few pages that I learned the answer. I was entranced by the story line with twists, turns, conflicts, hurdles, and emotional highs and lows. I love the high moral standards on display throughout the book as I am a big fan of clean romance. The problems of long distance relationships were on display as well as the hazards of differing life goals. There is great character development with true to life interactions.

Sealed with a Kiss A Snow Valley Romance Book 3 edition by Kimberley Montpetit Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews

This novella had me guessing till the end. I loved the plot twist and the decision between the 2 guys. For a while there I wasn't sure Jessica would end up with the guy I wanted her too. I'm all for a sappy love story but it's awesome to throw a twist in there once in a while. We have been following Pastor James and Jessica for awhile so it was fun to see their story finished up. Loved it! Another awesome Snow Valley Romance!
You definitely have to read "Risking it all for Love A Snow Valley Romance" before reading this book. I guess if you don't want the backstory of these two characters it would work to read this first but I love the backstory and would highly recommend reading the other first.

Jessica and James met a couple years previous to the opening of this book and went through a lot of healing (Jessica's longtime friend/boyfriend/almost fiance was killed in an accident) but have been moving forward and dating since then. Jessica lives in New Orleans and James lives in Snow Valley, Montana. Long distance relationships are hard(yes I know from experience), especially when Jessica's dreams are dancing with the ballet company in New Orleans and James is about to become a Pastor in Snow Valley. Definitely not two life choices that make it easy for these two characters who love each other to be together and make a life together.

There are many complications that arise and cause Jessica and James to step back and determine what the next step in their relationship is. They both love each other but have to decide and commit to that decision. Meanwhile there are outside forces pushing and pressuring these two characters, leading to some confusion but definitely helping towards a resolution to their choices.

It was a pretty fast read and I really loved going back to Snow Valley and seeing the ending with two characters that I fell in love with earlier on. This is a Christian fiction but not overly preachy. I will say that one of my favorite things to watch for while reading was the marque signs for the church. They were great!!!! Oh, I loved all the dance talk within both of these novels too. If you enjoy a sweet love story with a little angst I highly recommend this one!

Content Clean, nothing that I can think of except some sweet kisses.

I received a copy from the author, a review was not required, all thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!
I really enjoyed the first book where Jessica met Pastor James, but this one not so much. It was so annoying that the name Matthew was used instead of the name Michael. In the first book, Michael was really a big part of Jessica's life, so the switch of names was irritating in this sequel. Plus, not as interesting as the first book.
I really enjoyed this clean romance between a preacher and a ballet dancer. I've given it a 4.5 * rating and look forward to more of this author's work. These two realize that their long distance romance is not working well and answered prayers may show the way.
I loved this book! I was a little twisty and sweet. I usually don't like both main characters but I did. I also liked the co-characters and wanted everyone to be happy. It's written that well. I didn't hate anyone. I really enjoyed this little fun book and want to read more.
James, pastor of Snow Valley Church, is madly in love with his girlfriend, Jessica. He proposes to her but she's hesitant because she's got her life in New Orleans and he's got his job so far away. How can they possibly make a life together so far apart? Maybe if they wait a year or two... Another complication arrives in the form of a widow with a child, and another on the way. She would be the perfect pastor's wife. Maybe she's the one James is meant to be with, to marry?
I was surprised at the twist at the end of the story as I wasn't expecting that ending. It was a good story.
Even better than the last. Once more, church sign humor (“Easter Mass next Sunday come hear a zombie story with a lot less annoying bickering than The Walking Dead.”) and discussions of faith and life. Very well thought out discussion about what it means to be a dancer - diet, rest, relationships, children, body type, etc. and what it means to be corps de ballet vs. ensemble or principal dancer. Another good discussion (in parts) about family roles, traditions, modernity, and all pervading appearances and gossip. Seriously more than a romance as are all Ms. Montpetit ‘s books.
